Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Rooms/Suites requiring check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require pre- booking to guarantee check-in. Pre-booking of rooms/villas will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room/suite rate and should be requested at time of reservation and is subject to availability.

Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability and are charged at 50% of the daily contracted room/villa rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable and charged directly to guest’s account.

Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
